Whereas some organizations typically rely on individual employees self-managing their contacts, Fleet Contacts allows consistent distribution of important names, phone numbers, email addresses, and other pertinent information in a way that is easy and straightforward.

No. Users receiving contacts on their iOS devices are unable to change or delete contacts. All contacts are downloaded to a device in a read-only state, therefore preventing any accidental modifications.

Fleet Contacts currently supports iOS devices including iPhones and iPads.

The iOS app is free and available to download at no cost from the App Store or in bulk through Apple Business Manager. The monthly or annual fee is for the platform itself.

Contacts can be added in multiple ways, including manual entry, via CSV file import, or by connecting Fleet Contacts to your Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) organization and automatically synchronizing user contact details that already exist in your domain.

Contacts are automatically synchronized to enrolled iOS devices whenever changes are made in the Fleet Contacts platform. Devices typically receive updates within minutes, ensuring your team always has access to the most current contact information without any manual intervention required.

When you update a contact in the Fleet Contacts platform, the changes are automatically pushed to all iOS devices enrolled in the contact group(s) associated with said contact. The update occurs seamlessly in the background, and users will see the updated information in their native Contact or Phone app without needing to take any action.

The Fleet Contacts platform provides detailed logging and reporting features that show when contacts were modified, who made the changes, and when they were successfully synchronized to devices. Administrators can view deployment status and confirm that all devices have received the latest updates.
